Hopefully this is a straightforward question. How can I move the blog archive to be above the tag cloud widget? I can't seem to find where this is done.

Hi Nicko,
You should be able to do that from the CMS. Go to the blog page, click on the widgets tab, and drag the blog archive (grib its title bar) above the tag cloud widget.
