Hi,
I'm wondering if there have been any usability studies/inspections conducted on silverstripe?

I ask because I myself am going to conduct a very basic heuristic evaluation of
the cms (as well as a couple of others) and I'm wondering what basic extensions should be
installed etc. Also it would be good to see how others might have tested silverstripe usability.

Thanks

The last 'official' usability study that I know of happened over 3 years ago and for the 2.1 release. Lots of issues in that report have been addressed in releases since then but the major UI issues they reported (nested tabs = bad) have not been dealt with yet. 3.0 will probably fix those long standing issues.

Any feedback from your study would be great to hear / discuss since the CMS UI will be undergoing changes in 3.0 and it would be good to have all the bases covered.
