What you are saying sounds right to me.

I guess I got confused with the resultSet. Is there a good way to check whether the information being accessed is collection of data(resulSet) or a collection of true objects. I used Eclipse for debugging normally.

Apoogies if I have the terms mixed up

I'd say they all are true objects, it's just that they may not be the objects you expect them to be :-) I guess the pain is in the use of external modules/code without too much documentation...

Maybe in this case the place to get the information would be the thread where the code came from in the first place? Otherwise I wouldn't know of a guaranteed way :-(
