New to SS here but a UNIX guy for ever.

So I uploaded DataObjectManager-master-HEAD.tar.gz to my server, gunzipped it and untarred (tar -xvf). Then I do a flush http://mysite/dev/build?flush=1 - looks ok.

I don't see anything different in the CMS, how do I know it is installed?

Then I add the Event Calendar and when I flush I get:

Fatal error: Event Calendar requires the DataObjectManager module. in /home/event_calendar/_config.php on line 8

So I guess Data Object Manager is not installed.

Any help appreciated, not sure what I am doing wrong here.

Hi there,

I am assuming you uploaded it in the root of your site..(cause that is the correct way to do it) and called the folder "dataobject_manager" and that you also uploaded the 'uploadify' module, because they work together. Once those two are in the root of the site, just run dev build and everything should work. You should see the difference when you go to the "files and images" tab. If DOM and uploadify are installed it should different and you should be able to upload multiple files at once.
