I am being asked for a username and password when connecting to these URL's. Could you please advise?

Really? That's very strange. I'm able to read from them okay. I can't imagine what would be happening. I haven't done anything to the repositories since I set them up.

I notice sometimes the Silverstripe SVN channels will prompt me for credentials, as well. Yesterday, I couldn't check out the blog module, for instance.

Works for me. Of course, just clicking the links visible in the post above does not work, but I wouldn't expect it to.

You need a svn client to access svn. See the

svn co
in front of the link there? That's the command to execute a subversion check out operation, if you have the command line svn client installed. Or, you could try tortoisesvn. http://tortoisesvn.net/

Hi -
I've recently discovered your wonderful SilverStripe modules, and spent a couple of nights trying to get the r83 checkout of event_calendar working with the r83 version of dataobject_manager. It was a bit of a mess until I found out that you need to check out event_calendar from bluehousegroup (r83), and dataobject_manager from carlinowebdesign (r330)...

http://carlinowebdesign.svn.beanstalkapp.com/modules/trunk/
modules - Revision 331: /trunk
# dataobject_manager/
# image_gallery/
# slideshow_pro/
# swfupload/

http://bluehousegroup.svn.beanstalkapp.com/modules/trunk/
modules - Revision 84: /trunk
# contact_form/
# dataobject_manager/
# event_calendar/
# image_gallery/
# image_gallery_1.0.zip
# swfupload/

Since I'm looking forward to installing the other modules as well...
- which version of image_gallery and swfupload should one use with dataobject_manager-r33x?
- would you consider doing a merge and moving all the modules with their dependencies to one or the other server?

Thank you for all your hard work -
Gene

The latest versions of all the modules will play nice together. There are no dependencies. I can't merge event calendar and contact form with all the others because those are Bluehouse Group products and the others are mine.
