Has there ever been any consideration of bridging OpenCart to Silverstripe? I ask because i have been "playing around" with OC for the last year. I am not a programmer in anyones language (maybe HTML and CSS and a smidgen of php) so do not understand the finer things in application development, only what I read. It seems that the MVLC structure Just wondered because someone has bridged Joomla with OC, so thought it may be of interest.

It's unlikely anyone will attempt to do so anytime soon. Myself and a few others are trying to get the eCommerce module for SS working as best as possible. OpenCart however does have some nice features that would be nice to borrow from.
