Hi
I have changed the html and css in ".ss" files, but I am not seeing the changes on frontend. As when i clear the cache from the "Silverlight-cache" folder, then I get all the changes in frontend.
Please help on this, to get the permanent solution of this.

Thanks for the quick replay,
I have deleted the cache manually using the "silverstripe-cache" folder, i think this is the same thing like the flush.
But now some of my pages are showing blank , like admin page is showing only header and sidebar but login form is missing,
Any solution for this??

Blank pages are mostly a result of error messages. Please put the site in development mode to get proper error messages.

Well, ?flush does no delete all the cache. It allocates files, prepares config values and invalidates cache keys.
I can't think of a case where I found it necessary to delete the cache folder manually.
