How to Edit Content in a Sidebar

Greetings SilverStripers-
I'm new to SS and am trying to figure out how I edit content in a sidebar? I don't see it in the main "Pages/Content" area of the admin panel. Site is ubsmt.com and I want to edit the links etc in the left sidebar. SS 2.31

It is possibly not part of the CMS at all. You'd have to inspect the theme files to tell. I'd assume at v2.3 that i'll be in the theme though (ie. hard coded).
