I wanted to create new role which have access to specific page type
for eg. Blog Writer role can see only Blog Pages in admin not HomePage or Other.
I tried using "Access to 'Pages' section" but it hide complete "Page" option from CMS

Try to implement the permissionprovider to your Page Type. You have to implement the specific Method in your Code and can define specific permissions. After that you can chose them.
