/admin 404 Not Found after server migration

I can not access the / admin after server migration , if I delete the .htaccess the index works however the admin not , if I go back to the .htaccess nothing works. how can I do the / admin work?

error detail admin:

Not Found

The requested URL /alemao/admin was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
