Front-end Datepicker

For some reason I cannot get the front-end datepicker to show in my template. Am I perhaps missing something?

TextField::create('DateFrom','Date From')             
                    ->setAttribute('data-datepicker', true)
                    ->setAttribute('data-date-format', 'DD-MM-YYYY')
