I use

setlocale (LC_ALL, 'de_DE@euro', 'de_DE', 'de', 'ge');

in my _config.php to set all formating to german on the site. The problem is, this also changes the decimal separator that is used by the googlesitemap module for the priority tag. Google Webmaster Tools Complains about this.
Is there a way to switch the formating back to en_US just for the sitemap module?
