If one user edits a page and another user clicks the same page both can edit the page. There is no warning that someone is just editing the same content.
Is there any way to set a write protection if a page is currently changed? Or is something like this planned for future releases of SS?

For this see the concurrent editing module - http://open.silverstripe.org/browser/modules/concurrentediting. You can download it via SVN. This AFAIK shows a top warning message when other users are using the page.

Willr, thanks for this hint.

It can show 3 messages at the top of THE editing area.
1. If another user edits the page
2. If the page has been deleted since you entered it
3. If another user saved a newer version of this page since you entered it

I just changed the color of the warning from a decent yellow to a bold red #F00 :-)
