We have noticed that images on various pages randomly "disappear." In the CMS view, there are outlines where the images should be and on the published site there are blank spaces. If I save and publish without replacing the files, they reappear on the published site, but not within CMS. The problem is that unless I check every page every day, there's no way of knowing which images are appearing and which ones aren't. Eventually, they also reappear in CMS - sometimes a day or two later.
Has anyone else had this happen?
