Hi everyone,

I allowed to upload .rar, .psd and .ai files. This works fine.
But when i'll download them, the site always redirects me to an "error 403 page - access denided".

Why?

How can i fix this problem and allow to download every uploaded file?

Can someone help me ?

Thx Benni

I'd first check the ownership/permissions on the file. IF its Linux system make its 766

Also, have a look into your /assets/.htacess file (/assets/web.config if you are on IIS)

There's a description in it on how to whitelist additional file types for download.

Cheers

Well, you could download, modify and use this one from here:
https://github.com/silverstripe/silverstripe-installer/blob/master/assets/.htaccess
