multi language with many domains

there is a big problem

i have a site in two languages PL , DE
there is also one domain for each language

but i can view german pages in polish domain and polish pages in german domain

how to redirect each domain to correct language ?

for example
www.domain.de/de-page -> correct
www.domain.pl/de-page -> should have 404

there is also problem in google
google index has each domain with all site pages
