I have a cms setup where we have various categories of content and each category is setup so only Admins and a new specific group can view that category.

What I want to do though is to set the default Access group to Admins only so that way when an admin creates the new category, all other users won't be able to view it if they don't set up the Access tab by default.

Basically looking for a short cut to set defaults for the 'Access' tab on the cms so 'Who Can view this Page' is set to 'Only these people' and the group is 'Administrators'. I know you can set defaults of specific variables of the page class with the $defaults variable but can't seem to find one for this.
