admin access broken

Hi.
I'm stuck on a strange behaviour.
After succesful login, when I try to access /admin panel, I'm being redirected to /Security/login?BackURL=%2Fadmin, but it doesn't show up the login form, only states that I'm logged in as Admin.
I cannot access admin panel in any way.
Has anyone experienced this?

Maybe the $Form variable is missing from your Layout/Page.ss template?
