Has any noticed that on "some sites" for SS 2.4.7 the login form does not show an error message if not logged in. I was wondering if anyone knows why that is?

I noticed the same where there was no error message provided if the login is not found on the database. Instead of some error message saying "username not found or password is incorrect" for unknown login, it just refresh the login screen.
