Hi, I'm new to SilverStripe and still finding my way around things. So far, so good but I'm wondering if I can edit / remove the options in the media upload. For example I'd like to remove "centered" from "Alignment / Style" and remove the "Caption Text" field completely.

Are these things possible and does the documentation exist for them?
