Can't link an image? - SOLVED

Is it not possible to add a hyperlink to an image inside the WYSIWYG? Seems the image is overwritten with text when I try this.

I see right clicking on the graphic solves my problem. Choosing the link icon from TinyMCE wysiwyg was not working.
