Ok,

Sorry if I am spamming this thread a bit :).

If anyone is interested, yopu can overwrite CMSMain_right.ss by adding the file to /themes/MYTHEME/templates/includes/CMSMain_right.ss

I guess now all I need to do is overwrite leftandmain from mysite, interesting.

Hey I think the original poster was asking about replacing the loading image, while you could overwrite the default image the better way to do it is by using the built-in rebranding options:
