I am currently building a large site that also will require a mutli-site environment. For example I am looking to syndicate content across multiple domains from one parent site.

Can anyone recommend some SilverStripe solutions for this? I have noticed a couple of modules that might do the job but would like to hear other views first before committing to a solution as this is quite a major feature and not one that can afford nasty surprises half way through the process.

Anyway - would be grateful for any feedback. Cheers!

You could try the subsites module: http://addons.silverstripe.org/add-ons/silverstripe/subsites

I've only used this for 2.4 but overall I was very happy with it.

There is also an alternative but i've never used this one: https://github.com/sheadawson/silverstripe-multisites
