I have a Projekt, which is build for a group of dentist, with a regular CMS Structure.
Domain for Example: dentistgroup.de

But there is one important Feature:
The Admin of the Page has to add a dentist who belongs to the group.

For example the Name of the Dentist is "Dr. Müller".
There should be a profile Page with some Details of his dental office.
The Page should be Available trough the Pagenavigation AND by typing in the domain: dentistgroup.de/dr_mueller

IMPORTANT: the Name of the doctor should be the $_GET Variable and "äüöß" written as "ae ue oe and ss".

To create new CMSFields for the Input is one thing.

But my Question is, should i create up to 100 Pages in the Backend as new Pages, or one Page in the Backend which retrieves the Data from the Database.
So there could be a count of Pages between 20 and 120 or 1 Page with a relation to the Database.

What do you think would be the easiest way and the way with the best Performance?

Thank you for Statements.
