Hi guys,

I am very new to SilverStripe (but loving it) and, when playing about, I managed to delete myself (the only admin) as a user. I now cannot login to the CMS.

Although only playing about, I have made some changes to the database that I wouldn't want to lose if I had to start again (page formatting mainly).

I have searched the forums but not found anything useful. I have also tried to add a new admin through MySQL but was not successful.

Is there any way to add an administrator through the database or otherwise?

On another note: having a feature to stop the last admin deleting themselves seems sensible.

Hi Josh,

Does help -- particularly the part about using Security::setDefaultAdmin()?

Yes, that's perfect, thanks!

Now to actually work out how to do things. This will be fun :D
