I am trying to set up a number of landing pages from yell.com advert and google adwords so I can record these in analytics and follow their worth. So I have setup two redirect pages to the home page, hoping that the redirect page appears on the Google analytics but it doesn't. What would be the best way to do this.

It doesn't because the redirect is server side and your GA tracking code is client side. You should either setup analytics and Adwords like https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1704341?hl=en which will kill the need for a landing page or implement a client side redirector page (which will redirect the user in 2 seconds after the GA tracking beacon is clicked (or use a server side GA solution).
