ModelAdmin javascript error "window.ontabschanged is not a function"

SS 2.3.2

When using the CMS ModelAdmin interface I often have Firebug alerting me of this error:

"window.ontabschanged is not a function"

Everything seems to still work but I would like to get this fixed if possible.
