Insert Image Files not updating

When I am trying to insert an image into the content field the Filed listed in the drop down box are not updating.
Meaning that they are not matching the folder names available in the the Files and Images tab.
I have installed the dataobject manage and Image gallery.
Everything seems to be working fin except this one problem.

Does anyone know how to make the image instert browser update to reflect all the current file folder names and images in my actual upload section?

Did you find the answer to this. I have the same issue though mine is ony a matter of time i.e. if I comeback 'later' all the folders and images display.
