When the page rendered I saw a line is added in the front of <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.1//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml11/DTD/xhtml11.dtd">

It is happening in every template. There is no leading space present in any of the template.
Please help me to solve this problem.

In your php-code-files , try stripping out the ending PHP tags ?> .....
