File Upload Limi

Hello,

I have been having trouble changing the file upload limit form 2Mb.

I have already changed my php.ini with the following.
upload_max_filesize = 30M
post_max_size = 30M
memory_limit = 30M

but when I go to upload a file I still get the message "Filesize exceeds 2 MB"

is there something I'm missing?
