This is urgent so if you have a solution please let me know ASAP. It's for a client project who's deadline is ASAP!

Basically, I've been developing a site using SS and then some custom scripts seperately. The SS dev has been done live on the server and the custom scripts on my local computer - so they've never been side by side.

The problem now is that when I upload my custom script to the server (into folder called 'manager') I can't use the SS admin - Im guessing it thinks it's a module but obviously isn't so gets stuck...

So... how can I exclude this particular folder?
