Lock Children to one Parent

Hi all,

I have a holder called "HotDealHolder", which has children called "HotDeal".

I want to ensure that "HotDeal" cannot be added to any other page type, or moved under any other page type. They must only be found under "HotDealHolder" in the CMS.

I'm sure I've seen this one before, but can't find anything.
