User defined form type page

I created a form using the user defined form module but now I dont know how to make it appear
in my homepage where I want the form to be visible. I can see the user defined form page created
in my CMS, but I dont know how to make the form itself appear in my homepage in my
published site.
Please help me out!

Do your template file have the $form variable in it?
(That's what outputs the form)

So thats it I just need to put $form in my template?

And if I happen to have more many forms..then how do I
distinguish which form and where?

I think the latest version (from the trunk) requires you to add $UserDefinedForm in the content area.

If you are using using User Defined Form, I believe you can only have one form per page, so this form will be loaded into either $Form in your template or $UserDefinedForm in your content area.

If you want to have more than one form on your page, you will probably need to look into making your own forms using these methods:
