3.1.13 Fresh Install error - Lithuanian

Hi ,
tried to install 3.1.13 with default Lithuanian language as default - and got error (see attached image) . PLease fix ;)

Might it be an encoding issue? The output to the browser certainly seems to not be utf-8 at least.

I'l look into this more closley later this week - too much work at the moment. However settings are just the same as i always use on the same server where hundrends of SS installs are running 3.0 -3.1.12 - none of them had such issues before.

Yes it was just a general suggestion for whoever reads, not really an attempted solution for you to try :)
It's probably better to just log this as an issue on github though. It seems like quite an applicable situation.

I also get this error, can't install latest 3.1.13 version.
It's problem with framework/lang/lt.yml lang file which is different when was used in older versions. If you replace content with older one everything installs normaly.
