Hi Willr,

I just get a blank page now when I try to access the admin section.

I solved the same problem. (Host is FS-data in Sweden). I have SS version 2.4.2, but I copy pasted the code from 2.4.4 (http://open.silverstripe.org/changeset/113976) and everything worked. So hopefully the problem is solved for some hosts now with the 2.4.2 version.
