Tried to upgrade to the july 21 daily build and it wiped my /code directory

Hey,

So I'm having that Generated with the default ContentController.ss template problem so decided I'd try upgrading to a new bleeding edge release. - fixed this, but thought I should leave thread to see if anyone can work out why it wiped my code directory

Upon doing the usual copy over cms,, sapphire etc. and doing dev/build/?flush=all it sent me into an infinite loop. I do a bit of reading and see it's changed by _config file. I set this back, run dev/build again and it wipes my entire code directory.

Anyone got any ideas?

Everything's under revision control so I'm fine, but It seemed to be wanting to revert to some defaults that it shouldn't be seeing.
