I am trying to download silverstripe, but I can not find a download link. I checked the stable download page but no link.
I checked the release candidate page but no links. Since they change the page i cant find the download link. I even tried to access the daily build page but cant do that.
Can anyone help me?

They might be getting ready to release 2.3 - although it is funny how you can't download at the moment. This is what the page should look like:

Apparently a server went down, but it's back now so you can download :)
