PHP warning caused by non displaying character in Version 3.1.4 install with wamp on Windows from zip download

Just ran Version 3.1.4 install on a Windows Wamp setup from the downloaded zip file.

Got a PHP error at the top of the page refering to line 51 in file: install.php5

Warning: Unexpected character in input: '' (ASCII=1) state=0 in C:\silverstripe3\framework\dev\install\install.php5 on line 51

looking at install.php5 in aptana studio there is a non displaying character - a space? - at the end of the line after the open curly braces

 foreach($dirsToCheck as $dir) {

When this is removed the PHP error goes
