ANY Installs on IIS7 Shared Hosting?

I recently moved my hosting account from Win Server 2003 to one on Win Server 2008 & IIS7 managed using DotNetPanel.
One of the reasons for the move was to be able to install Silverstripe, which I could not mange to do successfully on Win 2003.

I've now tried several times to install SS 2.3.3 on Win 2008/IIS7 but the install.php says it's unable to find any of the required folders: \assets, \mysite, \sapphire etc. they all do exist so, what's going on here? Any ideas.

In fact, has anyone yet managed to install SS2.3.3 on Win Server 2008/IIS7 Shared hosting?
