I am still working on getting my theme to work and everything appears to be working until I use <% include Footer %>.
None of the includes work. I tried to move my Header by using <% include Header %> and that didn't work either.
I am still searching the forums and hoping someone can point me in the right direction. Right now I have to have everything in Page.ss.

After you change a file in the Includes folder you must flush the page with ?flush=1 or ?flush=all.
Does this fix the problem you were having?
I have tried ?flush=1 several times, but so far only formatting in the main Pages.ss works. As soon as I try to use an include, everything in the include dissappears.
I am working on the footer and header right now and both when using includes do not work, but both when placed in Page.ss work.
