What I am looking for is a theme that can even be just two levels deep (not three - but can be three) on the side menu only, not the top.
I like the use of the top menu myself, and then the side menu with two levels - that works great.
But I have several clients that like only side menus.
However all the side menus always put the second level under the menu list - at the bottom, not under the current main link.
Does anyone have a theme like that?

When Home is current, it will show the sublinks under the home link
If About Us is current, it will show the sublinks under the About Us link

I have been trying to see if I could use one of the existing themes, but the themes were not accessible last week.

I would like of someone could just take the three level - horizontal, with side menu, and rework it to be just a 2 level side menu only. I want to be able to have sub-links just under the main link.

Anyone who understands this code wish to help expand the function of the SilverStripe Menus?

See these themes - doesn't have any background css or buttons, but it has the code

http://demo.silverstripe.com/?theme=fashionista
http://demo.silverstripe.com/?theme=reversedsky (This one does hold the main link css)
http://demo.silverstripe.com/?theme=iorange2b (has some css for background and bold text)
http://demo.silverstripe.com/?theme=bookstore (has some css for background and bold text)
http://demo.silverstripe.com/?theme=natureweb4 (has some css for background and bold text)

Click on About Us

Most do not keep the main link highlighted. Would like to find more that highlights the About Us page, then when I click a sub-link the About Us link remains highlighted

This is a horizontal menu with two levels of side menu - Note: that the top level and main side menu remains highlighted with the third level selected
