I've been trying to create a new "homepage" page type following the tutorial and when I do the Dev/Build, it appears to do it's thing but from that point on my site won't display. I'm running MAMP, and SS 2.3.2.
The process I followed was to duplicate Page.php in the mysite/code directory and then copied in the code from the tutorial. Oh and I'm working in the Blackcandy theme (if that makes any difference).
I've been working with SS for a couple of weeks and have been able to chop and change stuff fairly easily, but this problem has me stumped.
Your help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm setting up a community site for a group of schools and this is now the 11th hour:-/
