I've upgraded from (i believe) 3.7.5 to 4.0.1 and can now, no longer use the Drag and Drop re-ordering, or the batch actions, any help would be great!

I think you mean 2.3.5 and upgraded to 2.4.1. If you are having trouble with the CMS javascript try adding this line in your _config file

Requirements::set_combined_files_enabled(false);

Haha, wow, you're correct, I dont know how I missed the versions that bad lol

I tried disabling combined files, but that didnt work.

It seems to me, that the javascript is working fine, as I can check "allow click and drag reordering" and then move the pages around in the site tree, they visually re-order, but if I check it on the site, or refresh the admin, they are back to the way they were before.

Looking in firebug, theres no errors, etc and when I drag a page, I get this response from both "ajaxupdatesort" and "ajaxupdateparent"
statusMessage('saved', 'good');Behaviour.addLoader(hideLoading);

Thanks for the help!
