The StripeCon EU team is busy this Summer in the Northern Hemisphere, getting ready for October 10-12 when we visit the picturesque Austrian city of Krems an der Donau. Preparations are in full swing and we thought it was time to give you a sneak peek.

StripeCon EU 2019 speakers
The full speaker schedule is still in progress, but here’s a glimpse of who and what to expect.
- Stefan Baumgartner (developer, speaker, and author) will be talking about JAMStack and cloud-ready website architecture.
- Manuel Matuzovic (frontend developer, speaker, and author) will give us insights on accessibility and user experience when using CSS Grid.
- Tim Burt (full stack developer and founder at Dorset Digital) will explore the rise of serverless systems and how SilverStripe developers can take advantage of them.
- Stacey Trooster (developer and founder at Lemon8) will share her approach on high performance Vue hydration in a SilverStripe non-SPA, server side rendered environment.
- Phillip Ständer (full stack developer) will share his experiences about running SilverStripe on Kubernetes.
- Boris Veler (project manager at Innovatif) will be sharing a case study of a recent, huge project they worked on.
Other speakers and topics are in the pipeline. You can check out the schedule as it evolves here. In the meantime, we’re still on the lookout for new speakers.
