Biff Bang Pow’s brief was to design and build a bespoke recruitment website that matched Beeken Reeves industry aesthetic and appeal to their clients and candidates equally. As always we worked closely with our client to understand the functional requirements of the site and quickly transformed those ideas into wireframes. Taking architectural principles as our lead, we based the design around form, function and colour, encouraging the users to feel comfortable in ‘familiar’ surroundings to increase engagement and maximises potential ROI. The website has a purpose built searchable, filterable Job Board managed by Beeken Reeves consultants and unlike more generic solutions can be placed in multiple locations on the site based on category and design requirements. The Job Board has the required functionality to fully integrate with external Job Boards when required. Since going live the site has grown as new content is added, new jobs are placed and Beeken Reeves develop as a business. Our sites scale with your business!
