[Solved] Event Calendar time field

hello,
I have ss 2.4.1 installed with the latest event_calendar module + -dataobjectmanager module and
legacydatetimefields module. it works except when I add a new announcement, the time is not saved. I entered the time like in this format : 08h30, and I have added the following line to _config.php:setlocale(LC_TIME,"fr_FR.UTF-8");
can anybody explain what's wrong with this format?
EDIT: the correct time format is : 00:00:00
