Widget installer

As my final GHOP task, I'm creating a widget and theme installer.
Currently, it only installs widgets, but I would like it to get checked. It requires two patches, and isn't well finished, mainly because it's still being developed.
All information is available on the task.
Please try and break it more than it already is (;
