Maybe someone knows why html -emails are in iso-8859-15 instead of utf-8?

It's causing some trouble with special characters when sent in emails...
I looked in the email.php -file and noticed that the emails are sent in iso-8859-15, unlike everything else which is in UTF-8.

Maybe there is a good reason for this, but which?
