dev/build not creating New Page Type

Hi,
On my new hosting account dev/build does not produce a new page type.
Can this be a permission issue?

Where is your file located? Could you post the contents of the file to pastie.org and link to it to make sure its all above board. You'll need to make sure filename = the classname inside it (on 2.3 or early) for manifest builder to pick up the class.
