SS does not respond to request

Hello everybody.
When I try to open (in backend) for editing an existing page or create a new, SS does not respond to my request. Any traffic is absent. When I click on the button Site Content, SS is loaded again with an open to edit the selected page. How to make the SS (v2.3.1) to open the page immediately, without reloading?
